CLC Dashboard

The Continuous Learning Credits (CLC) Dashboard aims to convey how many hours users are learning on the platform. This metric is captured when a user marks a card, pathway, or journey complete. The card/pathway/journey contains the *duration metric. This metric is added to the user's total learning hours. This dashboard also contains a Monthly Active User (MAU) report. MAU is defined two ways. First, it is the total number of active users in a month (a raw number). Second, it is a percentage: the active users in a month divided by the total users on the platform for all months. To give you a ballpark estimate for what this figure could be, the median MAU% for all EdCast customers is in the 30%-35% range.
