The User Funnel shows a series of events that show a basic level of segmentation among the users, from the highest form of engagement (Employer Advocacy) to the lowest (Users Invited). A brief description of each of the levels:
Users Invited: number of distinct users who have received an email invitation asking them to join the EdCast LXP
Users Onboarded: number of distinct users who have specifically completed the onboarding module designed by the learning team for the EdCast LXP
Active Users: number of distinct users who have logged into the EdCast LXP
Engaged Users: number of distinct users who have logged in to the EdCast LXP and completed at least one activity (card viewed, marked as complete, etc.)
Engaged Users- Contributor: Number of distinct users who have published a Smart Card, Pathway, or Journey. This tracks users who have generated content on the platform
Engaged Users- Finisher: number of distinct users who have completed a journey or pathway in the LXP (pathway or journey marked as complete)
Badge/Certificate Earners: number of distinct users who have earned a badge or certificate on the platform
Employer Advocacy: number of distinct users who have shared their badge or certificate either/both on the LXP or social media
